Who is eligible for Training?

The Courses of the MMC are open to any individual who is able to communicate effectively and who has a good command and understanding of language. 

The Courses are recommended for those who desire to understand how effective negotiations skills and creative problem solving techniques may effectively assist in their workplace especially to those who have to deal with conflict on a regular basis.
